HouseCall may suggest inspection or diagnostic steps that involve physical activity — including but not limited to climbing ladders, accessing roofs, entering attics or crawlspaces, or inspecting electrical or plumbing systems. These activities carry real physical risk.

By using HouseCall, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for assessing whether any suggested action is safe for you to carry out
• HouseCall has no knowledge of your physical condition, experience level, available equipment, or site-specific hazards
• You will not undertake any activity you are not confident is safe, and will seek professional assistance when in doubt
• HouseCall is not liable for any injury, accident, or harm resulting from actions taken in response to an assessment

When in doubt, always hire a qualified professional. No home repair diagnosis is worth a personal injury.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any actions you take based on HouseCall assessments
• You must not upload photos containing people, private identification, or content that violates any laws
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service

Limitation of Liability

HouseCall and its operators are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of or reliance on assessments provided by this service. All results are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Contractor Results

Contractor suggestions shown in HouseCall are sourced from Google Places and are AI-generated recommendations. We do not endorse, vet, or have any business relationship with any contractor listed. You are solely responsible for researching and selecting a contractor.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
